Ikebana

Ikebana (生け花活け花, ‘arranging flowers’ or ‘making flowers alive’) is the Japanese art of flower arrangement.[1][2] It is also known as kadō (華道, ‘way of flowers’) – via Wikipedia

Our garden has a Japanese inspired planting scheme, from a previous owner. When removing a few branches for access I decided it was perfect to have a go at this myself.

Specifically for me, it was also the final result of taking an 8×10″ large format photograph.
